Shape the Conversation at PTC’27

The Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC) invites industry leaders, innovators, policymakers, and investors to submit proposals for PTC’27.

PTC’27 brings senior decision-makers from across the global ICT ecosystem together to explore the most critical trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping digital infrastructure and connectivity.

If you have forward-looking insightS, market-shaping expertise, or transformative perspectives to share, we encourage you to submit a proposal.


Important Dates

  • 16 March: CFP Launch

  • 29 May: CFP Deadline (Please note: we will NOT accept late proposals for PTC'27. All proposals must be submitted by the CFP deadline date for consideration)

  • 31 July: Notification of Status Begins

 

What We’re Looking For

Successful proposals will:

  • Align with PTC’27’s strategic priorities (view list of topics)

  • Address timely and globally relevant ICT topics

  • Offer actionable insights for senior executives and the general PTC attendee

  • Present original thinking, research, or case studies

  • Feature credible, decision-making speakers

We prioritize sessions that advance the industry conversation — not promotional content.

 

Conference Programming Formats

Selected proposals may be placed in one of the following formats:

  • Center Stage – Market-shaping topics and high-profile speakers (keynote panel sessions; 5 panelists max)

  • Alaka‘i Stage – Leadership-focused and strategic discussions (keynote panel interviews; 3 panelists max)

  • Topical Sessions – Targeted deep dives into specific industry issues (sessions; 5 panelists max)

  • PTC HUB Lightning Talks – High-energy, short-format insights (1 presenter per Lightning Talk; 10-min slot)

Final placement is determined by the PTC Program Committee. 

 

Submission Guidelines

To be considered, proposals must include:

  • Clear session title and description, if applicable

  • Defined audience value and learning outcomes

  • Confirmed speaker(s) with titles, biographies, and permissions

  • Complete contact information

Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed.

 

Selection Process

All submissions are reviewed by the PTC Program Committee using a structured scoring framework that evaluates:

  • Strategic alignment

  • Content originality

  • Executive relevance

  • Speaker authority

  • Overall program balance

Due to the high volume of submissions, not all proposals can be accepted.
